Personal data
An order needs two things: a name and a mobile number. We ask for nothing else.
Who sees them
They are stored encrypted. Only the distributor who delivers receives them, to call you and plan the delivery.
Counting visits
We count visits and form steps, and we use Microsoft Clarity, which shows the pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, to improve the pages. Clarity may rely on its own measurement cookies.
Your name and number are masked and never handed to Clarity. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Having them deleted
Write to contacto@calmeta.shop with the mobile number of the order. We delete your data within 30 days at most, unless the law says otherwise.
