Cancelling or refusing an order
Until you have paid, you can back out at no cost.
On the phone
Tell the advisor you would rather not go ahead: the order is cancelled there and then.
At the door
You can turn the parcel down. You pay nothing and it goes back to the distributor.
If something is wrong
Pack opened, damaged or not what you ordered? Write to contacto@calmeta.shop with the product name and the mobile number of the order; we reply with what the distributor offers.
